Balayage, Block Colour, Ombres, Shadow Roots are all in this category. This is a carefully done handpainted technique that is applied to hair strands for natural depth as well as dimension. With the Balayage technique we lighten the surface of the hair only, leaving no weaving lines. Can be a very lengthy process which often results with an Ombre look, leaving you with a synergy of dark to light finish. With the block colour technique, we colour a geometric section of the hair in a contrasting shade so it stands out against the rest of your mane. Creating looks that are eye-catching and fun. Like color peekaboos under the hair that are seen only when hair moves. With the Shadow Root technique we maintain darker roots at the top of your hair and transition into a different, usually lighter shade down to your ends. It is also a cost effective way to blend a dark to light situation of old highlights, eliminating the transition band with a softer result.
